I was... read more somewhat sceptical at renting again after a horrendous experience with Belvoir Lettings which had left me feeling like all Lettings Agents were the same. Throughout the tenancy, Hancock staff were always polite, eager to help and solved most problems pretty quickly. They always kept me updated and let me know what was going on. When it came to handing the property back at the end of the tenancy, I dealt with Dan who completely chaanged my previous opinion. He was helpful, informative and fair. They really are a Lettings Agent who are there as much for the Tenant as they are the Landlord. If i was ever renting again, I'd definitely go back to these.

I had the opportunity to work with Hancock as a first time buyer. As any potential buyer... read more i called the team asking for a viewing. They were prompt and accommodating. And although the first house that i saw with them was not the one for me, ( Not the Agencies fault ) Samuel, immediately offered another viewing appointment at a house that they have not yet listed on their website. At the second house viewing i fell in love with the house on the spot. And i asked Jake a hundred questions as i was so exited. Jake answered as many as he knew and the ones that did not know the answer to on the spot he emailed me with the answers a few hours later during that same Saturday. Come the following Monday i put in my offer and the buying process started. Due to the lack of " enthusiasm " from my lawyers the process lasted longer that it should have. During those few months Jake , Samuel , and the Hancock team they checked in regularly with me, asking updates from my lawyers or informing me of the updates from the sellers lawyers. Even when my lawyers stalled the process Jake would send them an email prompting them to move. And although i do know that an estate agent is in the corner of the seller i feel that they actually had a positive impact in my conner as a buyer. In this day and age you rarely find a team that actually shows respect and care about their clients, both the seller and the buyer. So this is why i would 100% recommend Hancock and their team. Their website and information in it is accurate and well put together, team friendly, respectful and helpful, which helped immensely ease my anxieties as a first time buyer.
